Website Update and Some News

It’s been a while in the making, but today I’m rolling out some changes to this website. You might notice a new, cleaner design and a couple of new features including search and a contact form. A shout out to Manu for helping bring these changes to life.

I’ve also updated the content a fair bit to better reflect the goals of the site. In part, this held up the launch of the new design. As I’ve changed my work circumstances — and although they unavoidably overlap — I’ve settled on the idea of separating my personal site from work stuff. The new content reflects this. You’ll notice:

  • I’m working on building my coaching practice. In addition to working with groups to design and host conversations, meetings, retreats and longer-term systems change and transformation, I’m now available for one-on-one leadership or personal coaching. Coaching sessions can take place online, over the phone or face to face. I’ll create a new website for this and add some links here soon.
Update: My coaching website is now live.
  • I’ve also joined Campfire Co-op as an active participator and co-creator of this self-organising co-operative. I’m excited to not only work with others exploring self-organisation and participatory leadership — but to be able to learn, practice and model that.

Do get in touch if you’d like to know more about either of these endeavours. If you have a colleague or direct report who would benefit from coaching please let me know!
