Further thoughts on resigning

I think that my mixed emotions and feelings of numbness have been based on looking at it from a negative frame of reference. Yes, I’m leaving my current position because I’m tired of:

• office politics
• feeling like its ground-hog day everyday
• being Dilbert
• not changing the world

But, delving deeper into my own psyche and looking at all the positives, it’s not at all about any of that … it’s about the opportunity to do something different and put my hand to new things. To be more entrepreneurial, to learn, to express, to create.

I’ve definitely turned it around and I’m now exited and looking forward not back. The fork in the road is behind me … on with the journey!
